I received my computer system in bits and pieces.
It took a total of 14 weeks to receive everything.10 month later the modem does not work.

What they have listed is 888-722-2731 which does not work in my area and the other # is 888-767-4743 which stays busy.
Can anyone supply me with a Tel# to the VC Store Retail Center that will have a human I can talk to.Would I be better of fixing my computer myself even though I paid for a three year service contract??
