i didn't recieve all of my rebates . i hat a problem being able to connect to the internet for tech support i called phone numbers they didn't answer i even called everrex with no answer. i had to take my computer to be serviced and everything had to be erased i have to reload everything again i still am not done reloading yet . my computer is one year old my in house warranty was three years that i paid for. thank god that i paid off the credit card i would paying intrest on top of not receving my warranty. thanks alot video computer store
