I too was denied the rebates that VCS store has promised me. I was unaware of the pending class action suit against Vcstore by the PA
Attorney General's office. I was promised over $375.00 of rebates.
I was put off many times, numerous calls to Vcs were unanswered. In
addition, the computer is a flop. There were many problems and its
performance was terrible. I don't think the warranty was any good.
Calls to their tech support were also unanswered. I hope that its
not too late for me to get any satisfaction and/or redeem any kind
of financial payback. Please respond accordingly by email. If more
information is needed, I would be glad to supply all the information
you may need.
