We to were taken advantage of by the vcstore. We were just discussing how our rebates have never arrived. This was last September we purchased our computer. We never did receive or printer or scanner, it was taking so long we told them to cancel those. Every phone call was unaswered, I tried to use the technical suppport and received now answer, I had to leave a message and it was not returned. I even e-mailed the company after all the hassle we received just tring to get our computer and never received any answers. The computer has been ok, but not nearly the wonderful preformance that was promised by the commercial. I was trying to get on their web site and found this, I had no idea we were not the only ones taken for a ride. Is there anything we can still do to claim our rebates!!!
