Yes i have had a bad time of it. My first one i had to send back, it kept lockingup. The second one took eight to nine months, it never did work right first it had to have a power switch then power pack, motherboard, processor. I`m still having problems with shutdown and restart. I got part of my rebates. Should have gotten a Gateway
