Location, Location and Location, Name, the physical exterior apperanace, grounds that are beautiful, outdoor amenities, a variety of restaurant services that is convenient, comfortable guest rooms with space to relax, indoor amenities and beautiful women.
All these would have a positive "UPLIFTING" effect on the customer, as they would provide convenience, comfort and company to your hotel stay experience.
