Depending on the model you probably do not need that much memory allocated to DW. Also I believe the minimum and preferred should be the same. Try reducing your memory allocated to DW and re-render. (Are you using the PictureMaker renderer?? If so, even if it gives you a warning, continue and it will usually render.)
