I suggest you run your file through the File Tuneup Machine available at:

http://www.artifice.com/machines/tuneup.html

That machine can fix most problems that occur to DesignWorkshop files. If it is unable to fix the file you are given the option of making the file available to Artifice Support. If there is any valid data in the file we should be able to save it.
