You've got the right address, and with a few hundred messages a day coming in to it, it seems to be working.
Probably there was something like a short term Internet glitch preventing a name server lookup. "support@artifice.com" is another good address for reaching us. Artifice staff will make sure anything I should see comes to my attention.
