I always draw arcs and circles and change them into polygonal shapes with the desired number of segments in my CAD program and THEN import it into DW.
The setting of the DW segs/cirsle DOES NOT have any effect on imported "polygonized" circles or arcs.
The setting of the DW seg/circle does have an effect or vector arcs/circles and bezier curves.
Can you change your circles into polygons IN your CAD program?
