In recent weeks several postings have been made regarding Artlantis questions and/or comments. I know that Artifice is a distributor of the Artlantis program. Inasmuch, what does Artifice bring to the Artlantis picture after the sale? Do you provide a level of tech support for the product? or should ALL enquiries go directly to Abvent? Does request and/or concerns end up expressed to Abvent by way of Artifice? Do you have plans to continue to represent Artlantis? Would you create a separate Artlantis forum, similar to what you have done with Power CADD? I would bet that we could establish a contact to monitor an Artlantis focused forum from Abvent. Any other thoughts on the issue?
