I'm sorry to hear that you haven't gotten your 'upgrade issue' addressed with Artifice yet. Due to your special circumstances, I would think they could resolve that quickly with Abvent on your behalf. Maybe its just an oversight on Artifice's part, inasmuch, maybe your message will act as a reminder to them.
