Peter, see the post by Mike Wheeler below. I would use the second method. I just tried it and it is pretty quick. However, when you rotate the planes up they need to be tweaked to align with the correct intersection point. The horizontal dimension decreases as you rotate the point of the triangle up so the points need to be rehaped or the planes stretched to assure the planes meet where they should. Does this make sense? It is actually quite easy.

If it doesn't make sense let me know and I will try to reply. Might not be able to get back to you until the weekend though.

Makes me think someone should put together a step by step. If it needs explaining maybe I will do it. It is easier to show than explain though.


As far as why your dxf is not coming in I am not sure. Mine come in fine. Maybe post a step b step on what you are doing so we can make sure it is correct. Are you sure you have assigned a scale in PC first? Not sure of the source of you dxf file....
