Where is water_ripple.cal? - DesignWorkshop 3D Forum

If someone has this file, can you please email it to me?
I own DW Pro, but for some reason, all the necessary files to support Radiance when using the standard materials library in DW aren't on the CD-ROM.
In fact, I would also like to know where the other missing files are (e.g. Roof-Spanish_Tile, dirt.cal, etc.)
