I would like to design an oval stone basin for a small fountain, about 200 cm long and 150 cm wide, and about 60 cm high. I have no experience whatsoever in designing fountains or in using 3D software. I've found a supply of blocks of white stone (demolished bridges) and I'm in contact with a firm that cuts stone and assembles structures such as fountains. Would somebody please tell me what 3D tools I might be able to use to produce drawings that (a) would let me play around with possible forms and dimensions for the future fountain, (b) would enable me to determine the blocks I need to acquire, and (c) could be submitted to the stone-cutting firm for the execution of the job. Thanks for any help.
