RenderCity Problem With Doors? - DesignWorkshop 3D Forum

Is there a reason why standard door textures (Door-Wood-Glazed, for example) do not render in RenderCity Radiance? At least, when I try, they just show up as a blank surface. What might I be doing wrong?
