I've been trying to make a window in several different sizes.
(I'm using a mac)
First I tried putting my texture (Window-2'x2') into the textures folder, then I opened up the prefs file and set the transparency to 0.500000. that did not work.

I also tried a copying Glass-Tinted_Blue and renaming it Glass-Tinted_Green, but in lights & textures mode it showed up solid.

I was wondering if it could be one of the following that is preventing
me from having Glass Transparency:

1. I have a very old mac a 1996 model.

2. I am using the 1998 version of design workshop lite.

3. Perhaps I need a special plugin?

Any help on this is appriciated.

Thanks!!!!!
