I "linked" the file on my desktop to the blank on the Tune-Up Machine, and all it did was tell me how many polygons, phases, etc. the file had. One line at the botton suggested what memory settings I should use. I did change that, but with NO success. Does the Tune-Up actually do anything to the file?

I did go ahead and send the file to Artifice support.

Thanks for the heads-up.
