Our business is service related, I understand that. But at some point we must place a service value upon our industry. I come from the day of pencil and ink on paper, when a person had time to consider the design, to appreciate the effort and consideration to the effort. Now I must gain the only value I can from the fact that I underbid the guy next to me who was underbidding to begin with. As far as I am concerned technology may offer up great advances but as a result dropped our service value. Oh got to go, my drive-through CAD order is waiting. I can't wait to pick up my minimum wage check at the end of the week. :) Sorry humor for a bleak attitude :)
