Am having the same problems...

Whenever I render or use the material editor, VIZ 4 crashes....

I have changed the graphics drivers to HEIDI Software Z as suggested on the autodesk website, and have installed the updated NVIDIA drivers for my GeForce FX Go5600....to no avail.

According to Autodesk this is a conflict issue with graphics cards, so try the above (HEIDI etc), it didn't work for me but it might for you...!

Anyone elses, any thoughts?...its really annoying!
