How does one convert one of your downloaded files into a dxf file.

I recently downloaded the Thorncrown chapel 3dmf file on you web site. I am an architectural graduate student and I am doing a researchand analysis study on Thorncrown chapel. I opened the spatial model and massing model on Design Workshop Lite, but I can not convert, change, or add any layers or materials on the 3d image. The files is locked in on set Lights and Textures only. Could you please send me the full dxf or dx file so I can enhance the model.
