Posted by Petri Sakkinen on March 19, 2004 at 18:49:33:I have been thinking of starting to use DesignWorkshop for conceptual models in situations where VectorWorks is too clumsy. The 'tree machine' is a definite plus! However, as I experimented with DW Light, all the leaves 'fell' when exporting as DXF, they came as 2D polylines, not 3D faces (verified by looking at the DXF file.) As all sample objects plus a couple of my own 'creations' exported just fine, this is quite curious.
