This is a poll, especially for people who attend live theatre. We are building a small 175 seat theatre without a balcony. It will be set up with a proscenium. We will not have more than 7 or 8 rows. We need feedback on seating design.
The question: would you prefer orchestra style seats with single step risers, where you tend to look up at the stage; or stadium style seats with two step risers where you tend to look down at the stage. Any information about your background in theatre will also be helpful as well as information about trends in theatre seating for small theatres. Thanks |

| Thanks for the seating chart. Do you know of articles which address stadium style seating vs orchestra style for live theatre? See poll "theatre seating design" |
