| It is good to see good practice, in this case the office of Bignell+Watkins+ Hasser and his associates have great ideas. The only office that cares enough for it's employees to offer Q+A sessions. It's sometimes hard to remember all the skill or knowledge either from school, practice or the self instructed. The people with "BIGWAHA" came up with sessions to discuss all sorts of subjects within the field of practice. How to do flashing, planning, etc. Good job and such idea should be implemented in all offices of all sizes. |

We've started to do internal crit sessions on design projects. It's good for upping the ante a bit. Plus, somewhere in England the company has an in-house 'detail expert' for DPC's and the like.
But we're all scared of him. |

| In this case the only people that benefit are those with different educational backgrounds. The only way to purge such backgrounds is with Q+A sessions in a conference room. After all where did corbu go to school? |
