In support of our drive to excel, we have recently adopted Autodesk's leading-edge Revit CAD system alongside our existing MicroStation CAD system. Candidates with Revit or MicroStation skills will have an advantage, though full cross-training will be provided.



COMMERCIAL, RETAIL AND MIXED USE TEAM- require the following:

Project Architect

Architectural Technologist

Part 2 Architectural Assistant



- Project Architect, Architectural Technologist and Part 2 Architectural Assistant with job running and juggling abilities to work on a wide range of urban regeneration schemes throughout the North West, including Shopping Centre redevelopment, Retail and Business Parks and largescale retail-led mixed use town centre schemes.



MASTERPLANNING AND URBAN DESIGN TEAM- require the following:

Design Architect



- Design Architect with exceptional design and visualisation skills to initiate projects and work on masterplanning and feasibility studies across a broad range of innovative urban regeneration projects.



SOCIAL HOUSING AND CARE HOME TEAM- require the following:

Project Architect

2 Senior Architectural Technologists

Interior Designer

Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Part 1 Architectural Assistant



- Recently qualified Project Architect, 2 Senior Architectural Technologists, Interior Designer and Part 1 and Part 2 Architectural Assistants to work across a range of urban regeneration housing initiatives for some of the top Housing Association in the North West as well as a number of cutting edge Care Home projects throughout the UK.



EDUCATION TEAM – require the following:

Architectural Technologist



- Architectural Technologist to assist Project Architects in working across a range of smaller school projects and FE college projects in the North West.



SPORTS LEISURE TEAM – require the following:

Project Architect (or Part 2 Architectural Assistant)



- Project Architect (or Part 2 Architectural Assistant) to get involved on a nationwide portfolio of Public Sector leisure centres for a variety of operators.



TECHNICAL TEAM- require the following:

Senior Architectural Technologist



- A Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role in driving best practice initiatives and design reviews across all sectors that we are involved in with the intent of becoming the technical 'gurus' of the Practice.
