Hello All,
I hope you don't mind me posting here, but I'm new to LA and need great recommendations for architects who have experience/knowledge in building condos in Hollywood. We would like to incorporate environmentally friendly elements as well. Mainly, we would like someone who can make our condos special. This will be for 2 lots (min. of 16 units) and we want someone who is not only technical, but creative. I'm sure that's all of you.
Please respond to me asap with contact info., website addresses, recent/past projects, and/or anything that you think I should know.

Stephanie: There are plenty of great architects doing condos in LA; Kanner Architects is at the top of the list and they do some diverse and excellent work, but there is also some really creative work in progress by DeMaria Design. They're working all over LA and not only is their work "green" but they've got some forward thinking multi-family designs incorporating "cargo containers". In LA everyone seems to have a design with these containers but this firm is the only one that gets them built. I caught some of there images for a condo and they were elegant. Yep, elegant cargo containers! Go to their website and you'll catch a fraction of what they do (www.demariadesign.com). Contact them, they're about to take off.  |
