Hi I kinda recognize this building but I'm not sure what the name of it is.

...this is an ex-museum of the communist dictator of the state of Albania until the year 1989. Now it is used partly as a cultural center for the city of Tirana.
It has been builded around the year 1986 after the dictator died. |
