this is another pneumatic architecture fan!!
well my thesis was on pneumatic structures.....
i didnt have much resources to have a good thesis on penumatic arch.
there is a book by thomas herzog on pneumatic architecture....search for it, it was out of stock during my times....
that would be extremely helpful to you....also one more thing, i dont know how far are you goin in working out the technical aspects/calculations on pneumatic structures, coz they r important.....i couldnt do it becoz it was difficult to decipher the calc in the timeframe i had.......
also check out stuff by frie otto on pneumatic structures, thats would help to some extent.....but the book by thomas herzog is very good for understanding wht pneumatic structures are, diff types, how the anchorages r done and how many diff type of it can be designed, also check out manufacturers of the same online...i am sure they would reply you with their product details [fabric, lighting, anchorage etc].....
let me know if i could be of some help to u!!

Thx for response!!!!!
I'll try to find Herzog's book.
Where can I see your thesis?
I have my own originall construction, but the main problem is material.
It's main point is transformation of cover...
First of all i need ultra - stretcing material to realise what I want...
It shouldn't be easy-burning as well...
Can you also tell me any site adresses or names of companies producting pneumatic constructions/materials for it? |

well abt my thesis, i dont know how r u goin to see it!!!
well i didnt understand u stating " i have my own originall construction, but the main problem is material.", please explain this to me!!
as of manufacturers, try searching in google [i had done the same] and u wld get them, i dont have the links on me right now[i did search 3 yrs bk so dont have them currently]....
Materials r not going to be fire proof but instead they have coatings which retards fire to certain extent....also the inherent ability of thematerial matters to some extent during fire...
i will try searching for links and forward it to you accordingly[the ones i had contacted]!!!!and also the new ones....but dont wait for my links instead you start searching on your own!!
reply bk,
