Does anyone else have this?

Rectangles . . .
On screen, the right and bottom edges of rectangles that are snapped parallel to any other straight line object look doubled. When they are selected you can see the handles are offset one pixel. Converting the rectangle to a polygon fixes it. I keep wanting to fix alignments that are OK. It's also a problem for all my symbols that contain rectangles.

Arrowheads . . .
On screen, even at deep zoom, arrowheads have sharp points. In print they are much heavier than the leader line weight and look blunt. It reminds me of artwork from MacPaint (a decade or so ago). Is this a quirk of ink jet printers, Mac OSX or PowerCADD? I prefer the finer quality I had before.
