Luxury Home Designer - Residential Architect opening in DC

The Cameron Craig Group, an executive search firm with a focus in the design/build industries, has an immediate need for a LUXURY RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECT in the Washington, DC area.

Our client, an established and very well-respected high-end design firm, is in search of an experienced LUXURY RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECT. This is a small firm with an outstanding reputation for designing quality custom homes from the $500k to over $6 million range, mostly traditional some modern design. Their average home is between 6,000 and 8,000 sq ft and they regularly work on homes 10,000 sq ft and above. They have won numerous design awards both regionally and nationally as they offer innovative design services including site analysis and planning, conceptual designs, renovation design, artist's renderings, and final construction documents. Their work has afforded much success and they are interested in adding another talented residential designer to the group and have asked us to find that person for them.

We are in search of a registered and licensed Architect with a minimum of six (6) years post-graduate experience. At least four (4) of those years must be in designing high-end/luxury custom homes across the country. Experience with homes on the eastern shores of MD, DC, VA would be great. Experience with luxury markets in FL, GA, NC, SC, AZ, CA is also preferred. Current focus/concentration on designing luxury homes is required.

Negotiable and competitive salary is expected, rate depends on level of experience but we're looking at min $62k base salary plus significant bonuses.
