I think you know the answer:
No.
But if you have the file backed up from a previous days work you might be able to restore those lost objects.

One thing I've always lived by, the fact that setting up a good reliable Mac Server with backups is very, very reliable, and inexpensive. I do my server backups using Retrospect and instead of a tape drive, I use external FW hard disks, because they are cheap and fast, backups take minutes instead of hours and if for some reason I would have to restore an entire server, I can do it from a hard disk in about an hour, where a tape system takes all day.
I like retrospect because it is very user friendly, and fairly inexpensive, yet powerful enough to allow you to restore a drawing file to any stage during the project, even back to day one.

I agree on all points above.
In addition to the Retrospect, backups, archives, and possible server use there is one thing a PowerCADD user can do today with no new hardware or software to protect his data hour by hour (mostly against my own faults).
Set your Auto-Save time period to the time you want for your "Safety Period" if I can define it as such. Decline the "Save",and then immediately choose "Save As" and add a suffix letter and then Save.
This way of creating a personal daily archive means you can always return to any piece of work in the day and retrieve work with at most an hour or 30 minute work loss or whatever time period you choose.
We have asked Todd Stanley to consider an expanded Save As function which would include some Save/backup options and I hope they could add that in the near future.
