| Other than supporting more objects, does the Classic version have any features that the Lite version does not have? |

A comparison of the Lite, Classic, and Pro version is here: http://www.artifice.com/cgi-bin/clk?/dw/dw_family.html
A summary from that page:
Classic provides VRML 2.0 3D Export capability from a Lights and Textures view of a model, Lite doesn't.
Classic also comes with 10 times as many Object Library files and a few more sample 3D model buildings, and more texture sets.
But the main difference is that Classic can recieve Anti-Aliased Rendering and LightWorks Advanced Rendering as available plug-ins, whereas Lite cannot. |

One more thing:
Other than those differences I mentioned in the last post, there are no new modeling tools or features at all in Classic
Be sure to visit http://www.artifice.com/machines.html to use more advanced modeling tools. The online explaination here is easy to use and understand. The tree machine is a loy of fun!
I really wish there were a link to these machines from the Design Workshop program itself, (or even better, if they were actually incorporated into the program) I found them by rooting through the artifice website, nothing from the program informed me of them. |
