I would like to view and print my DWG files at home but do not have AutoCAD . Is there a free viewer to download or the like so I can print these puppies?
Thanks! |

| I'm pretty sure you can do a screen capture and save it as a jpeg or a gif file, and print it that way. Unfortunately, you won't be able to mess around with the file much as it becomes an image instead of a drawing file. I could also be wrong, but it's worth checking out. Good luck. |

Well depending on what version of AutoCAD you are using you can save/export/plot to a .dwf (drawing web file) and use the AutoDesk DWF Viewer to view them http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=2787358. You can also print to a raster file (jpg, tiff, png, whatever) to view them as well.To me that's better than a screen grab unless you don't mind the toolbars still being there. |
