HI ,
I am an interior designer with 5 yrs of experience ...
Right now i am intrested in learning 3D Studio max and am stationed at New Delhi .Pls advise whts the best way to learn the same in the shortest of time as ill be shifting abroad in first week of november...

You cannot go wrong with 3ds Max and Vray. This is all you will need to create photorealistic renders.
try doing some tutorials to help get you started with the basics.
