"computer made architecture"
There is not such a thing as computer made archtecture.
The computer and its sotware programs need the human operator to use the tools stored in the computer.
The professional or casual designer create, develop, draw, detail and render structures small as backyard shed to magnificent, very complicated buildings such as the buildings designed by masters architects as Pei and Geahry.
The everyday architect, building designer, may use hard to use professional AutoCAD, or the less sophisticated programs as ProCAD, TurboCAD etc.
The home owner may use basic, very limited, easy to learn 2D and 3D architectural programs such as PUNCH, Better Homes & Gardens, Sketch, etc.
The computer facilitates the creation of custom building details, or use the commun building parts and details stored in enormous lybraries containing standard floor plans, elevations, framing, plumbing, electrical details, backround photographs for 3D renderings and landscaping, etc..
Very sophisticated structural and mechanical engineering details and calculations to design bridges, hirisers, etc. |
