This article is about library security. As suggested by the editors' note, security is interesting for libraries because of the combination of both freedom and control that need to come together in their spaces.

ArchWeek recently ran an article on prison design, which of course was largely about security.

Over time, the editors' appear to address building security issues in a wide variety of building types and situations.

Somehow I don't think there's a big conspiracy behind this article on "Building Library Security".
