Here is a page where you can click to download the final consensus report of the West Eugene Collaborative, which recommends gradual redevelopment of West 11th between Chambers and Beltline from a congested jumbo set of strip malls, to an urbane, walkable, tree-lined multiway boulevard with denser multistory, mixed-use commercial/residential buildings.
