Alot of ideas and creativity can come from inspiration. Not only from other buildings, but also shapes or objects. The shape of a tree for instance can inspire a designer/architect to create something that follows the same form or design of the look of the tree or how the branches reach out and stretch towards the sky. An architect should be able to understand this and should not have problems creating designs.
Are you an Architect/Architectural student? |

that's a good point. picking up a book about one of your favorite artists, places or something else that has a visceral appeal to you might help bring inspiration. |

| the concept of a new design if i can say it like that comes out of a profound analysis of the essence of the city in which your inervention will take place, first off all u need to identify the problem, then think on a solution, then the context, and after every single aspect of the problem is already known and studied, u will get your concept before u know it. and that will give u many diferent points of view of the intervention that u can make, whether u solve the main and simple functionallity of the client or u solve a lot more via analysis without him knowing that at the begining and leaving him and the comunity gratified. |
