Hi,

We are very busy and growing web design agency. Our current programmers cannot keep up with all the business we're bringing it, so we need an additional contracter to help us stay on top of all the work we have to do.

Our work mainly focuses around a CMS system that we've developed inhouse. It uses the smarty template system and has some javascript programing for the navigational features. So the average job will be skinning a design (provided by us) to this CMS system and possibly adding additional functionality specific to the current project depending on the clients needs.

This is contract based work, so you will be paid a specific amount per job (discussed before hand of course). It is a home based work, but only for USA residents.

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a coder who we can rely on and in turn they can rely on us.

So to sum up:

Skills required:
PHP / MySQL
Smarty Template system knowledge
Javascript
Anything else is a bonus

Payment terms:
We have a special Wired cards fo all our employees. Qualified applicants may have an hourly rate.

Start:
Almost imediately! We're backed up 4 CMS systems now, and have several leads that could turn out, so there's a lot of work that needs to be resolved.
