Requirements
Highly Talented, Creative and Confident
in Design
• Min. Diploma in Interior Design
• Competence at AutoCAD 2000 and
upwards both in 2 and 3 dimensions,
Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro and Adobe
Suite is essential
• Good interpersonal skill and able to
work independently
• Proficient in spoken English and
Mandarin an advantage
• Able to work immediately is an added
advantage


Responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet
deadlines
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge
of and conceptual and technical
competence in all areas of design,
including space planning, floor plans,
sections, elevations, custom millwork
and the preparation of interior
specifications, all of which should be
underpinned by a basic knowledge of
building regulations and construction
• Duties will include supervised client
liaison, budgetary and feasibility
forecasting and handling various
elements of projects from design to
implementation as part of a team
