Masterpiece Design Flooring – A Domain Out of Values Scale.

If you look at the most important luxury real estate companies on the net – say Sotheby’s International Realty or luxuryhomes.com, for example – and search for homes in USA you’ll get a list arranged from the highest price to the lowest.

Have a look and see that the ones having parquet flooring (not to mention design flooring) are not so important as number.

If you will look at those who have you’ll hardly find a few having a remarkable parquet flooring – let’s name it design flooring.

And we talk about homes over $4-5.000.000 ! Up to $20-30.000.000.

I am a specialist in parquet flooring with design and I can say that I haven’t seen one.
A REMARKABLE ONE! In a more than one year period of time when I have searched these properties.

What is happening? Are there no architects to have an idea on what can be achieved in this sector? Are there no interior designers? Those two categories would be the ones to have the initiative and the vision for such a masterpiece.

And one more aspect – when you look at a house and see that in the garage they have a Ferrari, a Lamborghini, a Porsche and a Bentley coupe you may think that the owner seem to have a proper scale of values. For cars. Not for parquetry!

Well, to me it seem this domain is in great pain.

I’d like to have some contradictory opinions on this theme. I’d like to see a few to show me how wrong I am. But I do not think will there be one…
