Senior Planner/Project Manager – Honolulu, HI

Job Description:
You will lead, manage, and assist with proposal preparation, setting project budgets, managing projects from inception to completion, and supporting marketing initiatives. These projects encompass land and facility solutions including land-use, site development, encroachment action, and master plans; feasibility studies; and space utilization analysis. Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of all aspects of production coordination and ensuring that the final deliverable surpasses clients’ expectations.

Qualifications/Experience Highlights:
You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture and 5+ years of planning experience in a professional firm; exceptional writing and editing skills; familiarity with GIS or CADD software programs; and be a U.S. Citizen. Some travel is anticipated. Military master planning experience is highly desirable.
