| Reading the dimensions - the room is 12 feet 9 inches wide by 23 feet 6 inches. I think the third dimension includes the triangular area toward the kitchen...... just an educated guess.

You could also print it out and then create a scale based on the kitchen floor tiles that appear to be 12 inches or the bathtub which is normally 60 inches long in the USA. (since this looks to be measured in feet and inches it could be a standard bathtub) or the one square room which is 9 feet 3 inches across.
