Architecture, Modernity, Transparency, Institutional, Residential, Commercial, Race, Culture, Religion, Sexuality...
I'm thinking about glass buildings where the public and private are blurred; is this nakedness democratic, honest, cold, sleek...?
What of the rise in this style? Where is architecture going next in the cities?
...any thoughts on any of this? |

i do not understand the question, ill answer the only one that i understood.
Where is architecture going next in the cities?
This is an abstract subject to talk about, since there is no specific answer. Here are my thoughts. architecture moves according to trends as much as we hate to hear it. The architecture that is going to come up in the future is the architecture that the new generation is focusing on. As an architecture student i see a lot of the students focusing on how to use recycled objects, how to use solar energy, how to blend the buildings into the nature etc. as this trend develops and students graduate and go into the field, this concept will become more apparent to everyone. |
