Help Locating Phila, PA area 50's High end rehab/designer

I am looking at a 1950, 5,000 sq foot contemporary home that was built extraordinarily well. Marble everywhere, fantastic pine and walnut floors, tons of build ins, a 3 story teak staircase and a low slung style. The problem is the home pretty much looks the way it did in 1950 when it was built.

We love the style, design and layout but need to hire someone to help us bring it up to date with all of the modern amenities without effecting the integrity of the design in the process. We want to make an offer on the home but don’t want to get stung with a ridiculous cost after the fact. '

We want to meet with someone who specializes in fine craftsmanship and a fondness for the contemporary style.
