UO and NIKE eminent domain for a mixed-use arena district

I am sure you all know about UO expanding in the Fairmount neighborhood for the Nike arena. The media has failed to explain the details and risks in that land use fight. I have attempted to mitigate that by posting six videos on Utube explaining some of what is going on.
