File Number: PDT-12-001
Type: PUD Tentative
Application Name: Deerbrook PUD
Site Location: West Amazon Drive
Initial Request: 75 lots/dwellings
Planner: Becky Taylor
Phone: (541)682-6004
Email: becky.g.taylor@ci.eugene.or.us
Main link for the application data:
http://www.eugene-or.gov/portal/server. ... ndUse.aspx
Click on the "Documents" tab to see the application parts - over 400 pages so far!
This currently works as a direct link to the site plans PDF:
http://www.eugene-or.gov/portal/server. ... 20(initial).pdf
In the site plans, note how the proposed road practically obliterates Amazon Creek as it curves in near the West Amazon and Martin Street access - a huge impact to a major Goal 5 natural resource area.
Also note the seven lots proposed running down to Amazon Creek in the headwaters canyon - where the slopes are especially steep, with unconsolidated soils, ready to destroy both the creek ecology and the headwaters trail hiking environment.
