Well skyscrapers have to hold themselves up and withstand the wind. Where is the discussion of how the steel and concrete is distributed down the building.

You don't want to try and build a 100 story building and get to the 80th floor and go, "Duh, we didn't put enough steel in the basement." :twisted:
