My advise, please delete Punch software off your list of considerations. When I tried it I had problems with the 3d display, even though I had the settings and requirments correct on my PC.I called technical help and they blew me off, plus after a certain amount off time YOU have to fork over money to call THEM.In addition, if you do not have a credit card to pay them, you're *****ed.
The software is dissapointing also in that you have to draw rooms seperately from walls, and manually draw the roof.
3D Home Architect 4.0 is the best bet for your sanity and your wallet.Rooms are automaticly made after the walls are made, and the roof is automatic. The program lets you export to the company to have professional blueprints drawn up.The manual has more info on that point. The realism this software offers is wonderful, and you can scan in(if you have a scanner)wallpaper, fabrics, images out of books,or take images off the net.
