I've had better results, myself, but not much better. 3DHA is a nice toy, but it's not the right tool to use for designing a house if your intent is to actually build it. The textures in 3DHA are horrible, by the way. I tried to create a modern house with a glass-walled atrium and I couldn't get the glass to display as glass on both sides. In other words, from the inside, you could see through the glass, but from the outside, the glass was just an opaque wall. Roofing is another nightmare in 3DHA. Basically, it's a nice little toy to give to your kids to play with, but you couldn't generate a set of working drawings that would pass inspection by your local building authorities or a bank.
